Cheese Biscuits


  • ½ pound of extra-sharp cheddar cheese
  • ¼  of unsalted butter
  • 1 cup flour
  • Salt & red pepper to taste


Grate cheese.  Cream with butter.  Add flour, salt and red pepper.  Mix.  Roll to 1/8 inch thick and cut with a small round cookie cutter.  Prick with fork.  Bake at 350 degrees for ten minutes.
