Ingredients:
- ½ pound of extra-sharp cheddar cheese
- ¼ of unsalted butter
- 1 cup flour
- Salt & red pepper to taste
Directions:
Grate cheese. Cream with butter. Add flour, salt and red pepper. Mix. Roll to 1/8 inch thick and cut with a small round cookie cutter. Prick with fork. Bake at 350 degrees for ten minutes.
